AGAWAM, MA, January 26, 2016—Belt Technologies, Inc. is pleased to welcome Mr. Shozo Yamaguchi, the global sales and marketing division manager of Nihon Kizai Co., Ltd., to their facilities in Agawam for a two-week operational tour. Nihon Kizai Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Osaka, Japan, and represents the Belt Technologies, Inc. brand in both China and Japan.
“We are very excited to have this opportunity to meet with Mr. Yamaguchi,” said Belt Technologies President Alan Wosky. “The Asian market has very promising opportunities for Belt Technologies, and collaborative meetings like this guarantee that we will be providing the best possible services worldwide.”
Mr. Yamaguchi is both the manager of global sales and marketing for Nihon Kizai and an experienced engineer. The purpose of his visit to work with the engineers at Belt Technologies is twofold: to better understand the basic concepts of the services they provide and to learn more about the more advanced methods and technologies used at their manufacturing facility. The first week of Yamaguchi’s stay will be dedicated to an orientation that will familiarize him with BTI’s typical production and assembly processes. The second week will specifically explore sales; this will include visits to the facilities of current BTI customers to demonstrate the successful implementation of BTI products.
Belt Technologies provides comprehensive design and manufacturing services of stainless steel metal conveyor belt systems for automated industries, including food processing, robotics, automotive assembly, and more. The company currently has a global presence that they intend to expand into other industries and countries. Mr. Yamaguchi’s visit is a part of BTI’s initiative to explore the unique opportunities presented by the markets in Japan and China.
